Because products are made to order, production happens before shipment. Your checkout and order updates will show the available shipping information for your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or there is a production issue?

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Because orders can move into production soon after purchase, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins.
